Nutrition

It’s time to wake up to the idea of a good nutritional plan. The benefits achieved through a good diet cannot be compared to anything else. Having good nutrition sets the tone for living healthy and maintaining a high performing mind and physique. If you would like proper nutritional coaching, contact us today!

A sub-standard diet also deprives the body of sound nutrition. Although this book is not a nutrition book, it is an important subject. In simple terms, you should ask yourself the following questions:

1) Are the foods you are eating cleansing or clogging your body?

2) Is your food medicine or poison to your body?

3) Is your food adding to a healthy intake of “natural” vitamins, minerals, fats, carbohydrates, enzymes and proteins?

Eating processed and un-natural food will tax the processes of your body and deprive your cells of the basic material they need to operate and replicate. Cooking food destroys valuable enzymes and coagulates and disrupts protein chains.

4) Do you eat fresh fruits and vegetables?

5) Do you buy “organic” and “non-GMO” foods so that the poisons don’t accumulate in your body?

6) Are you drinking enough clean, pure water?

7) Are you “cleansing” on a regular basis?

When asked, most people will say “I eat pretty good—I have chicken and fish and very little red meat. I eat oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast, and I love salads, fruits and vegetables.” This is the standard rehearsed speech that we all tend to give our doctor or nutritionist. Unfortunately, the reality in most cases is, if you could look in the refrigerator and cupboards of these people you would discover a completely different story.

Be honest with yourself and do your best to improve your diet.
