“Pain Free SECRETS“
What “THEY” don’t want you to know

Elbow and Wrist
The elbows and wrists are victims of the shoulder joints and hip joints not working properly. All major motion of the body starts with the hip joint. If the hip joint is not in the right position (elevated and rotated) and not working properly it cannot do its job. Are you experiencing elbow and or wrist pain? We can help. Contact us today!
When your hip joint is not doing its job, it will then refer that workload to the next joint in the kinetic chain which is the shoulder joint. When the shoulder joints are “hinged forward” and not in the proper position they cannot perform their designed function. This will force the elbow joints and wrist joints to pick up the slack and do the extra work. All of the muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the elbow joints and/or wrist joints will be stressed and strained. This is when the injury will take place. Avoid injury! Contact us today!
An injury in the elbow and the wrist will persist because they never have an opportunity to heal since the hip and shoulder will continue to ask the elbows and wrists to do the extra work. When you hit a tennis ball or golf ball, or simply get a glass out of the cupboard, the elbow and wrist will have to work as if the balls or the glass weighs ten pounds! While you won’t consciously feel it, the elbow and wrist are being asked to do much more work than they are designed to do. [GET A FREE 1ST SESSION]
This scenario also applies to sitting at a computer and using your mouse or working your cell phone. Unless you get the hip joint to do its part, and the shoulders to do their part in this kinetic chain of motion, the wrist and elbow will continue to be subject to this overload and OVER WORK which will lead to injury or pain. You see, there is no such thing as true “overuse” of a body part; it is always just the breakdown of the kinetic chain, which causes joints to do work they were not originally designed to do. If your wrists and elbows are feeling the strain, and you would like to know how to fix this, contact us today!
Some Common Elbow And Wrist Conditions:
Tennis Elbow/Golfers Elbow is caused by too much stress on the tendons of the elbow joint. When it is on the outside, we call it tennis elbow, and on the inside, it is known as golfer’s elbow. You don’t have to be a tennis player to get tennis elbow or a golfer to get golfer’s elbow. It could happen to anybody. There will always be a hinged-forward shoulder position whenever there is a tennis elbow or a golfer’s elbow condition. What has happened is that the shoulder joint has lost its ball and socket function and can no longer do its work because of the poor position. If you have pain in your elbow joint, it may be time to see us for a consultation. We can help!
In the kinetic chain, having a ‘tennis elbow’ will force the elbow to do far more work than what it was designed to do. When the elbow is asked to do the work of the shoulder joint, the stress on the muscles, ligaments, and tendons will result in micro-tears or, even worse, the tendons will begin to separate from the bone. If the shoulder position is not corrected, you will be literally re-injuring your elbow day by day. Seeing us can prevent this from happening!
While many Orthopedic Surgeons will suggest surgery to correct the condition, most, if not all cases of this condition are 100% correctable with Anatomical Therapy™. Simply re-position the hip and shoulder joints to perform properly. The elbow will no longer be asked to do work it wasn’t designed to do, and it can heal and repair in short order. In Major League Baseball, there have been hundreds and hundreds of “Tommy John” (elbow) surgeries performed on these multi-million-dollar athletes. Most, if not all, of the surgeries could have been prevented with my method. And do you think those athletes are now injury-free? Some of our clients are these athletes. If they trust us, it’s because we know what to do.
Stress fractures are caused when hairline fractures form because the elbow or wrist are overstressed due the hip and shoulder not performing their workloads.
Sprains and strains in the arm and wrists occur when muscle, ligaments, or tendons are overstressed or overworked. Those parts of the body are working too hard because of hip and shoulder issues. These problems are separate from injuries caused by a fall or twist or other traumatic injuries.
Carpel Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a medical condition caused by the compression of the median nerve as it travels through the wrist at the carpal tunnel. (nerve pathway) So what would cause a nerve to be pinched off or compressed as it travels through the bone and muscles of the arm and wrist? Simply put, the bad anatomical position of the shoulder joint as it relates to the elbow and wrist compresses this nerve. When the nerve is twisted and turned, it will naturally pinch off the tunnels or openings meant for nerves to go through. Carpel Tunnel is simply a positional problem and is 100% correctable by repositioning the hip joint and then the shoulder joint to as close to the blueprint as possible. To avoid surgery, come see us today!
Bursitis is painful inflammation of the bursae, the fluid-filled sacs that reduce friction between bones, tendons, and muscles. When the bones of the elbow and wrists are in a mis-aligned position, it will place pressure on the bursae sacks causing the inflammation and pain. Pain may be accompanied by swelling, tenderness or loss of movement.
