pH balance... The Key to Good Health
It is absolutely impossible to maintain high quality health with an acidic body pH.

Our blood must maintain 7.4 on the pH scale or you would die! How does your body do this? It is through the ingestion of NATURAL MINERALS from whole food sources. Pills will not accomplish re-mineralization of the body. Since you are not dead are you getting enough NATURAL MINERALS for your blood to maintain the necessary 7.4 pH?

Most people are not ingesting enough minerals from natural sources to sustain a healthy body! How do we know this?

The pH test.

Using pH tape which comes in a roll or strips available either in a Health Food store or on the internet is the tool necessary to test your own pH balance. First morning urine gives you the bodies "systemic" pH and Saliva during the day is a "snap shot" of what you are eating (previously 2 hours.) This "self- test" is an accurate measurement of your level of health. For high quality health your "systemic" pH must be 7.4 or above!

If you have an acidic pH (7.0 or lower) where is your blood getting the natural minerals from? (Remember, your blood must be 7.4 or you would die)

ANSWER: The body in an effort to survive... robs the bone and tissue of the minerals to insure good blood pH (a priority)

Understanding pH and why many people have disease.

Disease begins when our bodies are acidic. Two factors that are always present with cancer no matter what else may be present... Acidic pH and a lack of oxygen.

Dr. Otto Warburg MD (1883-1970) Nobel Prize winner discovered that a cancer cell cannot survive in an alkaline and oxygenated environment!

Currently 3 out of 5 people will get cancer in their lifetime. Most people by the age of 50, 60 or certainly 70 are literally starving to death! This lack of nutrition is the cause of the acidic pH balance which in turn is heavily contributing to cancer, accelerated free radical damage, weak and brittle bones,diabetes,cardiovascular damage, yeast and fungus overgrowth, hormone concerns, and on and on and on...

The Key Question... How good do you eat?

I have found through personnel survey over the years that most people don't know what it takes to be pH alkaline.

The Generic Answer.

"Well... I eat pretty good. I have oatmeal in the morning with some fruit or yogurt. I eat a lot of chicken and fish and of course I have my fruits and vegetables. I don't eat much red meat anymore or I have given it up."

The only way to KNOW if you are eating a "good Diet" is to take the pH challenge. Go to the store or internet and buy the pH roll or tape and test your first morning urine for 7 days straight. The result is colored coded so that you simply match the color to the chart immediately after the urine hits the paper.

Remember that from 7.4 to 7.3 is ten times lower because the scale is a logarithmic scale just like the earthquake scale. If you are in the 6's or 5's you have some real changes to make in your food intake.

IF YOU WANT GOOD, LONG TERM HEALTH you must change your habitual eating habits to maintain a systemic alkaline pH

The Solution.

Change your systemic pH at the cellular level, if you don't your fate will be poor health and disease.

How is this done?

By consuming alkaline rich foods and beverages (raw is much better by leaving all the enzymes and minerals intact)

Do some research on your own by "goggling" alkaline food, pH alkaline, acidosis, and pH cancer? There are some whole food supplements that you can take to help assist you in your quest for a higher pH but at the end of the day it must be done by eliminating some foods and adding others.

YOU.... are the one in charge of your health!
